Quite small bathroom.

The value for money at The Ritz-Carlton was exceptional - we felt like a king and a queen in our Pearl Tower room with a view of the Pearl Tower right outside our window. The staff treated us like royalty, from the warm welcome at check-in to the surprises they had in store for our special occasion.

The breakfast menu could have been better with a wider variety of options.

The Christmas decorations were absolutely stunning, creating a festive and magical atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and ensuring I had everything I needed during my stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping areas and tourist attractions.

The room I stayed in was quite small and cramped, with limited space to move around. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing, with a lack of variety and average quality of food.

The staff are welcoming and the room is tasteful with view on the bund. The hotel provides a top-notch service. Moreover, there is a parking nearby.

the ritz exceeded my expectations during this stay in shanghai! perfect service, comfortable pillows, and luxury room. the facilities, especially the pool and sauna, were awesome. the view from the bathroom was key!

The breakfast was scrumptious and marvellous, the check in was smooth. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a lounge area, a minibar, and a writing desk in the deluxe room. Attentive and very attentive staff that Provides Top Notch Service, did a nice job. Location: the hotel was short walk to the Metro through IFC, the IFC mall, and The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai.

During my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, I had an incredible experience at their renowned Flair restaurant. Thanks to the help of a professional staff member named Oreo, I was able to secure a last-minute reservation with stunning views of the Huangpu river and Pudong skyline. The food and drinks were amazing, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you, Oreo, for making my day!

I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in the heart of Pudong. The location was perfect, right in the financial district and close to a stunning view of the Tower. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic shower and comfortable bed. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The hotel also had amazing facilities, including a rooftop bar with breathtaking views.

The only drawback was the weak WiFi in the room, which needs urgent improvement.
